Founded in 2015 by S. Ute/ S. Cheyenne and Caddo athlete Noah Blue Elk Hotchkiss alongside Olympic legend Billy Mills, Tribal Adaptive Organization is the only national non-profit exclusively dedicated to providing adaptive sports access to Native Americans with disabilities
