The Anne Whitney Hotchkiss High Performance House
Community
A PLACE TO LIVE. A PLACE TO TRAIN. A PLACE TO GROW.

The Need
The Anne Whitney Hotchkiss High Performance House brings together sport, education, independence, community and leadership under one roof.
The Anne Whitney Hotchkiss High Performance House (AWH House) is far more than a residential facility—it is an elite training, educational, and leadership campus in Kirtland, New Mexico
Across Native communities, athletes with physical disabilities face immense systemic hurdles: remote geographic isolation, lack of accessible sports equipment, and limited awareness of educational and vocational funding. The AWH House was built to eliminate every single one of those barriers. Designed to feel aspirational rather than institutional, the campus provides a supportive environment where post-high school Native athletes live independently, pursue higher education, and train for elite collegiate and Paralympic competition
