Para-Sports Education and Programming

Tribal Adaptive’s PE takeovers are a great way to educate students and staff about Para-Sports and the opportunities that are out there. Our programming is for K-12, afterschool programs, clubs and City Parks organizations.

Every person with a physical disability should have access to sport. Para sports are proven to improve outcomes in health, education and employment. 1 in 5 individuals have a physical disability that decreases their participation in exercise and athletics.

Every event changes lives and all proceeds from these events goes directly to provide training and competitive opportunities for our local athletes.

You’ll be surprised to learn

  • who participates in Para-Sports?
  • the difference between Paralympics and Special Olympics?
  • which D1 colleges are recruiting our players with full-ride scholarships?

Our events include adaptive sporting equipment, media presentation, an opportunity for everyone to participate and a chance to meet elite level athletes and coaches. Our suggested donation is $500 per day. Many generous local business’ are willing to donate these events, for more information contact jwh@tribaladaptive.org or call (970)-306-9951 .
